We typically start with a wet cut to establish the primary structure and “architecture” of the style. Once the hair is dry, we perform “dry-detailing” to see how your hair naturally falls and to personalize the texture to your specific growth patterns.

While a haircut doesn’t change the biological rate of growth at the scalp, it prevents breakage at the ends. By removing split ends, your hair stays strong and doesn’t “shorten” itself through snapping, which allows you to retain your length more effectively.

A standard trim usually involves removing 1/4 to 1/2 an inch of hair. However, we always show you exactly how much we plan to cut before we begin, ensuring there are no surprises and that you remain in control of your length.
